Iran, China to boost economic relations

The volume of trade exchanges between Iran and China will amount to US$16
billion in 2007, Chinese ambassador to Iran predicted on Wednesday. According to IRNA, Liu Zhentang said in a gathering in Iran\'s Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines that the figure stood at dlrs 14 billion in 2006.

 

Iran and China try to increase bilateral trade exchanges through expanded
activities of private sector more than ever, the ambassador added.

 

 

On his part, Head of Iran-China Chamber of Commerce Asadollah Asgaroladi
said that the amount of trade exchanges between the two sides will witness a
significant increase from dlrs 14 to 16 billion in this year. He called for expansion of share of private sector in Iran-China trade exchanges more than ever.
